Most of our products are made to order to avoid extra production. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges if the wrong item is ordered.
If your order hasn’t been made yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us through email, Instagram DM, or this form, and we’ll be happy to help.
Vengeful is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages, including those sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier for help. If the tracking shows it was delivered but you haven’t received it, the carrier may be able to assist in locating it.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for orders with an incorrect shipping address.
